  • The refund amount (if applicable) will depend on the time of cancellation before the check-in date or tour start date.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after receiving the valid cancellation request.

2. Standard Guidelines

  • 30 days or more before arrival/tour date – Eligible for full or partial refund (after necessary administrative deductions).
  • 15–29 days before arrival/tour date – Partial refund may be applicable.
  • 7–14 days before arrival/tour date – Limited or no refund depending on the property/tour policy.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival/tour date – No refund will be applicable.
  • No-show or early departure – No refund will be issued.

3. Seasonal & Festive Periods

During peak seasons, festive periods, or long weekends, cancellation and refund policies may differ based on the property or itinerary.

  • Some bookings during these times may be non-refundable or subject to higher cancellation charges.
  • Guests are advised to check the exact policy mentioned at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Hotel-Specific Policies

Each hotel, resort, or homestay associated with Himalayan Gateway Holiday may have its own specific cancellation and refund terms.
These will be clearly stated on your booking confirmation voucher or invoice and shall override the general policy when applicable.


5. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure situations, refunds and rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis, as per the applicable hotel or tour operator’s guidelines.
